Event: Interface XXXV in Kiel (Germany)
On Saturday, 2 September 2023, the retro computer event "Interface" will take place in Schwentinental near Kiel (Germany) for the 35th time. Organizers are as always the Vintage Computer Club (VCC), the Amiga Club Schleswig-Holstein (ACSH) and the Computer Club Klausdorf (CCK).

Registration by e-mail to interface@jugendhaus-klausdorf.de is recommended. Without registration there is no guarantee for a free place.

There are again two large rooms available. The café on the first floor (as a "workshop" for hardware projects, repairs, etc.) and the attic offer enough space for talking and playing games on the computers and consoles you have brought along. Power strips and network cables must be brought by the participants.

Official start is at 14 o'clock, from approx. 12 o'clock the organization team begins with the structure of the tables etc. The venue is the Jugendhaus Klausdorf, Dorfstraße 101 in 24222 Schwentinental (Klausdorf district). (snx)

Rogue-like game: Demo version of Roguecraft
In October 2022, Budger Punch announced an Amiga version of their C64 game Rogue64 with improved graphics and adapted features (amiga-news.de reported). A demo version for the AmiGameJam 2022 has now been published before the "closing date".

The developers point out that the demo version still contains some errors, especially graphical ones, and is not yet complete. It is therefore limited to four levels. An Amiga1200 or higher is recommended for a smooth game experience, the actual gameplay should run on an Amiga 500 with 1Mb RAM. Feedback is explicitly welcome. (dr)
